They have a great online platform with over 50 online learning courses. This is an ideal way for your staff to take control of their learning. As an employer, you can allow the full catalogue of courses to be visible (very popular in the current climate) or specify courses as mandatory learning.
Courses can be grouped in a playlist for employees to work through at their own pace. This is a popular option for new starters. It certainly saves people from death by PowerPoint! Recruiting people can be hard work and a tough process to manage. This is why I partnered with Hireful. Their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) makes recruiting easier. You add the job, publish it to the job boards and then start to sift your candidates. You can arrange interviews, reject candidates and share candidates with others in your business. There is also an agency portal which avoids the duplicated candidate and which agency sent them in first.
